Ready LED display setups for your next event or trade show: how to use them with ease
How to create a simple multimedia scenography without being a designer
Organizing an event? A conference? A trade show booth?
Even if you’re not a professional designer but can sketch out a stage concept “on the fly,” this guide will give you a few proven solutions.
In the past, a quick drawing was enough to show your technical team the direction you wanted to go. Today, however, we have completely new tools at our disposal – artificial intelligence that can turn a simple sketch into a stunning 3D visualization in just minutes.
That’s a game changer: instead of telling your client or team “imagine an LED arc here,” you simply show them the finished concept. AI makes the work easier, speeds up communication, and accelerates decision-making.
Simple solutions with LED screens
To make the process even easier, we’ve prepared a set of technical solutions showing how LED screens can be installed in different configurations.
Each one is supported by technical drawings and specifications, so you immediately know that what you see in the AI visualization can actually be built.
1. The classic: flat LED screens
The most universal option – flat screens in various sizes (e.g., 3x2 m, 5x3 m, 8x2.5 m). Perfect for conferences, stage backdrops, or exhibition booths.
It may look like a “regular LED wall,” but with triangular elements, you can create unique shapes without any additional scenic construction.
2. Curved LED screens
LED modules can be joined at an angle, creating eye-catching arcs – both convex and concave. For example, a 15x5 m screen built from P2.6 modules can be bent by 2° per panel, resulting in a subtly curved surface.
3. LED cylinders
From 4 meters in diameter to an impressive 20 meters or more – LED cylinders deliver a real “wow-effect.” Thanks to their modular structure, you can build both single columns and double-sided cylinders (visible simultaneously from inside and outside).
4. Tiles and shapes
5. Hanging and standing LED cubes
An LED Cube is the solution for anyone who wants a strong central point in a stage design or booth. With corner modules, cubes look seamless and perfect from every side.
6. Creative shapes
5. Letters and text made of LED screens
Special modules make it possible to build letters, numbers, or custom geometric compositions. An ideal tool for event personalization and creating unique visual identities.
From visualization to reality
You’ll find all these solutions in our catalog, complete with drawings and technical specifications. This way, you can be confident that the project you show a client in an AI visualization can truly be built on stage.
