A race against time in Riyadh: production in Saudi Arabia
How a ARAM team helped bring a futuristic booth to life at Global Health
In the second half of October, Riyadh became the center of the medical world during Global Health, the largest healthcare event in Saudi Arabia.
Among the most eye-catching installations stood a boldly futuristic exhibition booth — and behind its multimedia execution was a Polish team from ARAM, invited to support the build with advanced LED, lighting and audio systems, fully integrated in a demanding real-time environment.
It was a project that drew plenty of attention backstage: not only for its striking visual concept, but for the remarkable pace at which all teams had to work to deliver it on time.
A high-tech vision with zero room for error
The booth was designed as a fully immersive environment, with LED screens covering the walls, the floor and even the ceiling. The lighting design amplified the futuristic character, while synchronized audio tied the entire presentation together.
ARAM was brought by Sentient by Elysian in to deliver and integrate the multimedia components, ensuring that the booth’s visionary concept translated into a seamless technical reality.
ARAM’s scope of work
The Polish team contributed to key multimedia elements, including:
configuration of scene and effect lighting,
setup and tuning of the booth’s sound system,
full integration of the multimedia environment, handling playback, show control and real-time cues.
This meant that every visual, light cue and audio track had to work together as a unified show — reliably, and on demand.
78 hours, a different continent and extreme time pressure
Behind the scenes, the project proved to be as demanding as it was impressive.
Tight schedule:
The entire booth had to be assembled in just 78 hours. With such a compressed timeline, even small delays could disrupt the build, so all crews — including ARAM’s — worked in parallel and at an accelerated pace.Millimeter-level precision:
LED panels had to match the booth’s custom structure with near-perfect accuracy. Installing screens on floors and ceilings introduced additional complexity, with virtually no tolerance for misalignment.Local working conditions:
Operating in Saudi Arabia required adapting to different procedures, technical standards and on-site workflows. As ARAM’s technicians describe, navigating these operational differences was sometimes as challenging as the technical work itself.Non-stop show demands:
During four days of Global Health, the booth hosted continuous presentations for Cloud and Flow. The systems had to remain fully stable throughout — no downtime, no resets, no interruptions.
How the team delivered
Despite the pressure, ARAM’s specialists completed their part of the installation flawlessly.
From unloading equipment and mounting LED panels to calibration, sound tuning and final integration in Disguise, the team ensured that every component functioned exactly as intended.
The result: a booth that looked as impressive as it performed. The multimedia systems ran smoothly, presentations were executed without a hitch, and the final effect aligned perfectly with the designers’ futuristic vision.
A project that highlights the power of expertise
The Riyadh installation once again demonstrated how essential experience, precision and adaptability are in today’s event and exhibition industry. ARAM — with its long track record on international productions — proved capable of delivering high-quality solutions even under extreme conditions and time pressure.
For many attendees, it was one of the most memorable booths at Global Health — not just visually, but technically.
